Reason:
CA VM:Tape cannot read the label on the tape. CA VM:Tape issues the mount request again and unloads the tape.
Action:
Remove the invalid tape and mount another tape. If the tape is new and LABEL NL is specified on the MOUNT command, the tape must have a tape mark.
