Reason:
You tried to mount another user's tape in write mode without the required password. The MOUNT command ends with return code 24.
Action:
Check the tape's volser. If it is correct, the tape's owner must assign a write password to the tape using the CATALOG command before it can be mounted in read/write mode by any other user. If your userid has ANYTAPE authorization, you must specify ANYTAPE as an option of the MOUNT command.
