Reason:
You tried to mount another user's tape without specifying the data set name or the password (if required) or both. The MOUNT command ends with return code 28.
Action:
Verify that the correct volser was specified and determine the data set name or password required for the mount request. If your userid has ANYTAPE authorization, you must specify ANYTAPE as an option of the MOUNT command.
