Reason:
The indicated device occurs twice on the DEVICE record in the VMTAPE CONFIG file. CA VM:Tape initialization continues.
Action:
Ask the CA VM:Tape system administrator to remove the extra device address. When the problem is corrected, start CA VM:Tape again.
