Reason:

During initialization, CA VM:Tape could not access the indicated type of minidisk. CA VM:Tape initialization fails.

Action:

Make sure the minidisk at the indicated virtual address is linked and formatted before starting CA VM:Tape again. If CA VM:Tape initialization fails again, your CA VM:Tape system administrator must contact Technical Support.
