QUERY Command

Use the QUERY command to display information about:

• Pending mount and allocation requests
• TMC type and format
• Locations and tape drives
• CA VM:Tape product release
• Tape ownership

The syntax of the QUERY command (and therefore the information you can display) varies depending on whether you are a user or an operator.
