When CA CA 1 is running on z/OS as a guest under VM, replace the MDISK statements in the CA VM:Tape directory for the TMC and Audit OS data sets with links to the minidisks that contain the data sets. It is also important that the MDISK definitions for the z/OS minidisks in the z/OS virtual machine’s directory entry have a link mode of MWV. The MW mode permits multiple write access; the V qualifier causes CP to use virtual RESERVE/RELEASE, rather than real RESERVE/RELEASE.
