USREXIT9 User Exit

The USREXIT9 user exit is a REXX only user exit that can be used to retrieve various information about the tape that is about to be mounted.

The default environment name for user exits defined by the EXIT record is VMTAPE. Any command that is not a REXX command is considered a CA VM:Tape primitive. To run CP and CMS commands the environment has to be changed by the REXX ADDRESS command.
