Prototype

The name of the prototype exit is VMTEXIT1 XASSEMBL.

The prototype accepts read/only requests for foreign mounts from the tape librarian, all foreign mount requests from the system programmer’s user ID, and all read/only foreign mounts from all other users that have a specific three-character volser prefix. It rejects all other foreign mounts.
