Return Codes

CA VM:Tape does not check return codes after calling this exit. For consistency, the exit should always zero-out (enter zeros as place savers) Register 15 (R15) to indicate a return code of zero.

CA VM:Tape assumes that the exit has made any required changes to the user accounting area in the TMC record.
