Use the SETUPOPR Record to identify the user IDs of the setup operators who receive tape staging messages from the Setup facility. Messages sent to setup operators are in the format specified by the MESSAGE record. If you do not specify a setup operator, CA VM:Tape sends setup messages to OPERATOR user ID.
