Reason:
You attempted to issue a CA VM:Secure command to the CA VM:Secure service virtual machine, vmxuserid, but the CMSIUCV CONNECT macro used to establish a connection between your user ID and vmxuserid failed because vmxuserid is not logged on.
Action:
Ask your CA VM:Secure system administrator to log on to vmxuserid and start CA VM:Secure. When CA VM:Secure has initialized, enter the command again.
