Reason:
You attempted to issue a CA VM:Secure command to the CA VM:Secure service virtual machine, vmxuserid. However, the CMSIUCV CONNECT macro used to establish a connection between your user ID and vmxuserid failed because CA VM:Secure has not been started on vmxuserid. The vmxuserid program ends.
Action:
Enter the command again later. If the problem persists, ask your CA VM:Secure system administrator to start CA VM:Secure on vmxuserid.
