Reason:
CA VM:Secure was removing userid, which has one or more of its minidisks linked by another user ID. CA VM:Secure cannot remove a user ID that has links to any of its minidisks.
Action:
Have the user IDs that are linked to the indicated minidisk detach their links and enter the command again.
