Reason:

The CA VM:Secure API commands were used to manipulate one of the CA VM:Secure minidisks. CA VM:Secure does not allow this because some of the CA VM:Secure minidisks have labels that must not change.

Action:

Enter the CA VM:Secure command again without specifying a new label.
