Defining SFS Administrators and Managers

You must define SFS administrators separately from defining file pools to CA VM:Secure. You can remove an administrator from CA VM:Secure at any time.

You can have CA VM:Secure determine who your SFS managers are when you use the Auto–Config function at the time you add file pools to CA VM:Secure (see Automatic Configuration). However, you can add more SFS managers later on, even if you have already added all the file pools to CA VM:Secure that you need. You can also remove a manager from CA VM:Secure or change the scope of a manager‘s authority at any time.
