Reason:
The indicated skeleton name you used to create a new user ID was invalid. Either the skeleton file does not exist or the directory manager is not authorized to use it. The command terminates with an error.
Action:
Check the VMSECURE MANAGERS file to see if you are authorized to use skeletonname. Check to see if skeletonname resides on the CA VM:Secure 191 disk. Enter the command again and specify a valid skeleton name.
