Reason:
The system is prompting you to enter an optional account number to be assigned to the new user ID being created. The command waits for you to enter your reply.
Action:
Specify the desired account number if any. If you give a null reply, the account number specified in the skeleton is used. If the skeleton does not have an account number specified on the ACCOUNT statement, the account number defaults to the user ID.
