Reason:
During processing of a command or system initialization, a permanent I/O error was detected while reading, writing, or closing the indicated CMS file on the CA VM:Secure service virtual machine. The error code is generated by the CMS RDBUF, WRBUF, or FINIS function. The command or system initialization terminates with an error condition.
Action:
The error may be the result of a hardware failure. Refer to the CMS user macro documentation in the appropriate CMS reference or HELP file under FSREAD, FSWRITE, or FSCLOSE for an explanation of the error code.
