Subcode X’0C’

Subcode X’0C’ is used to determine whether a user ID (the BY user ID) is allowed to log on to another user ID (the target user ID) using the LOGONBY Facility or the CP LOGON BY command. An error return code results when CA VM:Secure and the Rules Facility are not running, because the server must check the rules database to determine whether the BY user ID is authorized for the request.
