Use the TRANSFER rule to control the use of the CP TRANSFER command to your user ID.
Example
The following rules in the BARNEY user rules file prevent security group ADMINGRP members from transferring files to BARNEY. However, spool files sent by BETTY to BARNEY are accepted even though BETTY is a member of ADMINGRP.
