Reactivating Several User IDs at the Same Time

You can reactivate several user IDs on hold at the same time by using a control file and the MULTIPLE command. You may even want to use the same control file to reactivate user IDs that you used to put them on hold previously.

Though the control file is the same for reactivating user IDs as for putting them on hold, the command is different. Enter the MULTIPLE ACTIVATE command to activate user IDs on hold, with the filename and filetype of the control file. For example, to reactivate user IDs in the file USERS, filetype FILE, enter the following command:
