VMSECURE GLOBALS File

The VMSECURE GLOBALS file, which resides on the CA VM:Secure DRCT minidisk, contains the CA VM:Secure version of the GLOBALDEFS section in the CP source directory. Use this file, instead of the USER DIRECT file, to specify default settings that can apply to all users on the system.
