Reason:

You entered a command that updates the VM:Schedule A-disk or 1B0 disk, but the vmschedule user ID does not currently have a read/write A-disk or the 1B0 disk accessed read/write.

Action:

Ask your VM:Schedule system administrator to access the VM:Schedule 191 disk read/write as the A-disk, or access the 1B0 disk read/write.
