Reason:
You entered the SUSPEND command to temporarily stop VM:Schedule operation. Requests that are in the process of starting do not start; they are requeued to run later. No other requests are started until you enter the RESUME command.
Action:
When you are ready for VM:Schedule to start operating again, enter vmsched resume. If the system must be shut down fully instead of restarted, enter vmsched end instead.
