Reason:

VM:Schedule cannot transfer this request because the user ID you are transferring to already has one with the same name. If you are transferring more than one request at a time, the rest of the requests are transferred only this one is left out.

Action:

Delete the request on the new owner's user ID or reschedule it with a new name, then transfer the other request again.
