Reason:
The shift or range you used does not exist. It may have existed when you scheduled the request but has since been deleted. If you get this message right after you enter SCHEDULE or EXEC, the command fails with return code 28. If you scheduled the request some time ago and it is due to start now, it runs this time, but no future runs are scheduled.
Action:
To check shift and range names and times, enter vmsched config and see the lines starting with SHIFT and RANGE.
