Reason:
The indicated request cannot start because you are logged on. VM:Schedule keeps sending you this message, at the interval given in the RETRY record in the VMSCHED CONFIG file, until the time limit set by the WITHIN option of the SCHEDULE or EXEC command has been exceeded. After that, the request is skipped.
Action:
If you want the request to run now, log off. Otherwise, use the DELAY command to change the time the request runs.
