Reason:
VM:Schedule tried but failed to start the indicated request. This failure occurred because the user ID was logged on. The request is skipped. If it is a repeated request and it has any runs left, it runs at its next scheduled time.
Action:
If necessary, reschedule the request to make up for the missed run.
