Reason:
If VM:Schedule was just installed, this is normal; the database file does not exist because no requests have been scheduled yet. Once a request has been scheduled, the file will be created on the VM:Schedule 1B0 minidisk.
If VM:Schedule was not just installed but has been operating for some time, either there are no scheduled requests or the file is not on a minidisk that VM:Schedule accesses in read/write mode.
Action:
If VM:Schedule was just installed, no response is necessary. Otherwise, if the VMSCHED IRBDB file exists, ensure it is on a disk accessed read/write by VM:Schedule.
