Reason:

CA VM:Schedule had been called as a CMS Nucleus Extension. This is not supported.

Action:

Remove any NUCXLOAD VMDSYS command from the PROFILE EXEC or issue a NUCXDROP VMDSYS command and restart CA VM:Schedule.
