Reason:
CA VM:Schedule encountered an error trying to use the Advanced Program-to-Program Communication (APPC) facility. CA VM:Schedule issues this message then waits one minute before retrying the request. CA VM:Schedule sends this message to the CA VM:Schedule operator and service virtual machine.
