Reason:
If userid is the CA VM:Schedule service virtual machine at your site, CA VM:Schedule is unavailable. If userid is the service virtual machine of another CA product at your site, CA VM:Schedule cannot communicate with that product; your site may be running incompatible release levels of the two products. The command sent to userid fails.
Action:
Your CA VM:Schedule system administrator must determine if CA VM:Schedule is available or why CA VM:Schedule cannot communicate with the other product service virtual machine. If necessary, your system administrator can contact Technical Support.
