Reason:
The Inter-User Communication Vehicle (IUCV) allows a user to talk with the CA VM:Schedule service virtual machine. CA VM:Schedule is unable to initialize an IUCV interface to communicate with other virtual machines. CA VM:Schedule initialization fails.
Action:
Refer to the IBM documentation on CMS macros and functions for an explanation of the return codes from the HNDIUCV macro. Correct the problem and start CA VM:Schedule again. If necessary, contact Technical Support.
