Reason:

During initialization, CA VM:Schedule could not find the VMSCHED MESSAGES file on an accessed minidisk. This file contains CA VM:Schedule system messages and is required for CA VM:Schedule to run. CA VM:Schedule initialization fails.

Action:

Your CA VM:Schedule system administrator must put a copy of the VMSCHED MESSAGES file on an accessed CA VM:Schedule minidisk, then start CA VM:Schedule again.
