Reason:
You indicated, either implicitly or explicitly, that CA VM:Schedule is to use the surrogate facility. However, the security system interface, also known as the Access Control Interface (ACI), is not installed on your system. ACI must be installed on your system for CA VM:Schedule to use the surrogate facility. If the configuration explicitly specifies that CA VM:Schedule is to use the surrogate facility, initialization ends.
If the configuration does not explicitly specify whether the surrogate facility is to be used, initialization continues; CA VM:Schedule issues message 1108I to explain that CA VM:Schedule will not try to use the security system (for example, RACF) at your site.
Action:
If you do not want to receive this message, the CA VM:Schedule system administrator must remove the surrogate specification from the CA VM:Schedule configuration.
