Reason:
Too many consecutive invalid passwords were issued during logon attempts to userid. Subsequent logons will not be permitted. All terminals are prevented from logging on to userid. Depending on user exits at your site, a user rule may have been created to keep the user ID from being logged on.
Action:
Use the RESET or JOURNAL RESET command to clear the invalid password counter.
