ID cipher WAS NOT INITIALIZED PRIOR TO CALL TO routine FROM address

Reason:

A subroutine call to the subroutine from the indicated address occurred before the indicated cipher was initialized by a call to VMXKINIT. The program terminates with a CMS abnormal termination.

Action:

Modify the application program to initialize the ID cipher. See the chapter on data encryption in the Administration Guide for information about the VMXSUBS command.
