Reason:
During system initialization, an ESM configuration statement was processed, but the RACROUTE interface for the product server machine was not properly installed, or is not working for another reason.
Action:
Install and configure an RPIUCMS RACROUTE interface for the product server machine according to the instructions provided by your external security manager product. The RPIUCMS INIT function must be performed during the PROFILE EXEC on the product server machine.
