Reason:
You have issued a command such as GETENTRY that has placed a lock on a directory entry or some other file. This will prevent any other user from making any updates to that directory entry or file until you have released this lock. This can be done using the CA VM:Director UNLOCK command or the CA VM:Director REPENTRY command if you got the lock with the CA VM:Director GETENTRY command.
Action:
Verify that you do indeed need this lock. If not, issue the CA VM:Director UNLOCK command for this file.
