You have attempted to allocate space from a subpool that you are not authorized to use, according to the MANAGER record in the MANAGERS file. To do this requires that you have ANYPOOL authorization.
Action:
Contact your system administrator for ANYPOOL authorization or use a subpool for which you are authorized.
