Reason:
CA VM:Director attempted to create a new servant user ID and could not because the maximum number of servants specified on the SERVANT record in the PRODUCT CONFIG file has been reached.
Action:
Wait for one of the processes to complete, freeing a servant, and try the command again. If appropriate, use the CA VM:Director CONFIG command to edit the PRODUCT CONFIG file and raise the maximum number of servants allowed on the SERVANT record. FILE the change and try the command again.
