Reason:
CA VM:Director attempted to create a new servant user ID and the servant did not connect to CA VM:Director in the allotted time. The amount of time CA VM:Director waits for the servant to connect is given on the SERVANT record in the PRODUCT CONFIG file. The number of seconds listed on this record may be too small for your system. Alternatively, there may be reasons why the servant user ID could not properly invoke the communications module on the CA VM:Director COMMON minidisk.
Action:
Increase the amount of time CA VM:Director will wait for a servant to connect. Make sure that the servant user ID can link to the CA VM:Director COMMON minidisk. Test the modules on the COMMON minidisk by linking and accessing the COMMON minidisk yourself and invoking the modules.
