Reason:
The command entered requires the use of the Servant Facility to perform some of its functions. The SERVANT record in the PRODUCT CONFIG file currently specified OFF and the facility is not available.
Action:
In order for the function to complete, turn on the Servant Facility using the CA VM:Director CONFIG PRODUCT command and changing the SERVANT record to ON.
