Reason:
You tried to define a new user ID, but the specified manager has reached his or her limit of user IDs as defined in the VMDIRECT MANAGERS file. CA VM:Director does not allow you to define additional user IDs for that manager.
Action:
If appropriate, increase the number of user IDs the specified manager can define, by raising the limit on the IDLIMIT record in the VMDIRECT MANAGERS file.
