Reason:
The MULTIPLE command was used to define a new user ID, but CA VM:Director could not add userid to the directory because it detected an error in one of the parameters specified in the control file or because the user ID already exists. The MULTIPLE command continues adding other user IDs specified in the control file.
Action:
Correct the invalid parameter in the associated control file record. Place the record in a new control file and enter the MULTIPLE command again.
