Reason:
With CA VM:Account not installed, CA VM:Director attempted to change a user ID’s account number with DIAG X‘84’. This resulted in an error. Either the issuing macro contains a logic error, or the CA VM:Director user ID is unable to issue DIAG X‘84’ on your system. The account number change is not made.
