Reason:
CA VM:Director found a MANAGER record in the VMDIRECT MANAGERS file that does not have a corresponding SKELETON record. CA VM:Director either terminates initialization or does not update the MANAGERS file.
Action:
You should put a SKELETON record in the VMDIRECT MANAGERS file to specify the names of skeletons that the manager can use.
