Reason:
The user’s logon password has expired; the user has been prompted to supply a new one, and has done so. The new password cannot be placed in the directory database, because the user’s entry is being altered by a manager or system administrator. The logon is not allowed.
Action:
Try the logon again in a few seconds. As soon as your directory entry is not in use, you will be allowed to log on.
