As system administrator, you are responsible for designating other system administrators (although this is not recommended) and directory managers, and defining directory managers’ and users’ authorizations.
You can designate any existing VM user ID as a CA VM:Director system administrator by adding a GRANT record to the AUTHORIZ CONFIG file.
